For users of SNMPc, Teneo offers an Audit service which provides assurance that your system is in good health, uncovering areas for improvement with our recommendations for remediation.

Teneo’s Castle Rock Computing SNMPc Audit is carried out through remote SNMPc system connection and follows a fixed audit structure that can be tailored on demand to cover additional areas.

The Audit process will include checks and monitoring of the following areas:

• Level of code being run, with suggested upgrade path if relevant
• General healthcheck of system
• Backup routine monitoring & business continuity assurance
• Scheduled report functionality
• Free add-on recommendations, e.g. SNMPc OnLine 2009 Express
• Trial recommendations of complementary software

Please note that the Castle Rock Computing SNMPc Audit does not cover any remedial, training or consultancy work, however these services can be provided separately as required. Audits typically take one hour to carry out with a follow up report provided within one week.
