Riverbed Staging

Teneo provides a range of flexible Riverbed delivery and installation options to complement your own internal team’s Riverbed skills and resources.

Where you have sufficient resource onsite to install your Riverbed appliances, but require an extra helping hand, Teneo can significantly simplify the installation process by staging the equipment prior to delivery.

Staging can be tailored to individual site requirements and typically includes supplying the appropriate cables, asset tagging, upgrading the firmware and loading IP information. Further configuration around rules or QoS can also be supplied if required.

It is at the staging part of the process where default or alternate configuration is applied to Steelhead units. Configuration information is supplied in document format and then applied to specific Steelheads during staging and prior to shipment.
