Riverbed operates a Trade-Up Upgrade Programme for customers wishing to move to the latest Steelhead appliance models.

How Does The Upgrade Programme Work?

  • Per appliance credit for upgrade from old appliances to new appliances
  • Teneo will quote a trade-up based on your existing deployment
  • Old equipment is recycled through M-Cubed, globally at no cost to you
  • Any remaining support with your old appliances is pro-rated and can be applied to your new device

The credit that is applied is based on a formula of the old product being replaced and the new product being purchased. The formula includes a number of "tiers", allowing customers to upgrade to the latest version of the same unit, or to upgrade to a larger unit if further capacity is required.
