Teneo’s collaborative approach to technology implementation is designed to empower your own IT staff to carry out installations where you prefer to keep this service in-house.

Teneo’s Staging service covers pre-installation preparation to ensure that once your shipment arrives, your own engineers will be able to easily follow a step-by-step installation guide helped by the staged preparation Teneo provides.

Staging will be tailored to each customer’s specific requirements and can include supply of all appropriate cabling, asset tagging, firmware upgrades and creation of installation guides in local language.

Staging is often viewed as an invaluable option where installation sites are in remote locations and/or limited IT resource is available.
